Marijke has over 20 years of experience in the field of Performance Management & Financial Consolidation (of which 17 years in a Big Four company), during which she worked for a variety of national and international clients.
Foudhil Babaali
Foudhil has over 12 years of BI and EPM experience. As a Solution Architect and Team Manager, of which 5 years at Board, he has successfully guided organizations through digital transformation initiatives, implementation of robust BI applications and Performance Management solutions.

Mahboub
Maria joined XB4 Consulting in September 2024 as an FP&A consultant specialized in EPM. She has over 3 years experience in implementing Board and worked on a variety of EPM projects.

With a background in financial consulting and performance management, Tine has developed extensive experience supporting organizations in financial planning, budgeting, and process optimization. She has worked across multiple domains, including HR, and manufacturing. In addition, Tine has contributed to controlling, internal audit, and consolidation activities, bringing a well-rounded perspective to project teams and client engagements.

Francesco joined XB4 in March 2026 and has over 3 years of experience in S&OP and planning transformations. He has worked across technical and functional roles to deliver end-to-end solutions in financial planning, allocation, and reporting.

Armond has over 12 years of experience in the field of Performance Management & Financial Consolidation (of which 6 years in a Big Four company), during which he guided a variety of national and international clients in transforming their EPM & consolidation processes.
Abdelhadi Babaali
Abdelhadi has over 7 years of expertise in Performance Management. His role as Solution Design Authority at Board International provided him with in-depth knowledge of Board Software.
As principal architect he led numerous high-profile international EPM projects.

Sébastien is a Finance & Management professional with more then 10 years of experience in both operational & central financial controlling.
He is specialized in EPM using Board software, with extensive expertise in FP&A processes, project & change management, and the implementation of EPM tools for large international teams
